Marie-Louise Naomie

My current projects include the development of my poetry substack (coming soon) and beginning my new job at Microsoft as a PMM.

Going into university, I focused my time and energy into cultivating a writing voice and began the work of elevating the voices of those commonly unheard. In the summer of 2021, I worked with the Windows Integrated Media team at Microsoft to answer the question "How do we better reflect the world around us?" and focused my findings on diversity and inclusion within marketing and proposed campaign ideas around connecting with demographics that might be at risk of turning to other brands. 

I also spent the 2020-2021 academic year at Magnet Media. In this position I served as a social media management intern and had the opportunity to run three social platforms. I worked closely with the design team to create marketing content and write copy for each social post and event promotions. That same year, I also worked with Tisch New Theatre as their Marketing Assistant for their first virtual concert. I ran their TikTok channel as well as assisted the marketing director with copy and ideation for marketing material
